Mike Florio of ProFootballTalk.com joined Seibel, Starkey and Miller on Sportsradio 93.7 The FAN to talk about the controversial finish in the Green Bay-Seattle game last night on Monday Night Football.
When it comes to overturning the results of the game and giving Green Bay the win, Florio said, “should it? Yes. But it won’t.” Florio told us about a formal statement released by the league in which they rally around the call and stand up for the replacement officials.
According to Florio, the league wants to hold out the officials long enough that a majority of them will want to come back to work, and in the end, the league would get what they want in the negotiations.
We wrapped things up with Florio talking about the hit Texans Quarterback matt Schaub took this weekend which resulted in him losing a piece of his ear.
