CBS Pittsburgh: Overnight Chase, Driver Still Missing Sep 25th 2012, 09:27 CBS Pittsburgh News, Sports, Weather, Traffic and the Best of Pittsburgh Overnight Chase, Driver Still Missing Sep 25th 2012, 09:22 (Photo Credit: CBS) BALDWIN  (KDKA) –  Police in Baldwin are still searching for an 18 year old, who led police on a brief chase overnight. It started around 2:30 Tuesday morning in Homestead. Police say 18 year old Lafon Ellis nearly hit an officer while speed off in a Ford Explorer. They claim the same SUV was used during a chase yesterday in Avalon. Ellis is wanted by the U.S. Marshals office for juvenile offenses and aggravated assault. He also has several warrants out for his arrest out of Homestead. Police say Ellis’ ditched the SUV on the side of Glass Run Road around 3:15 Tuesday morning, and took off on foot. Two other people in the vehicle were captured. They were released without charges. Police say Ellis apparently left his driver’s license behind in the vehicle. He is still on the loose.
