PITTSBURGH (KDKA) — Pittsburgh police are looking for an infant after her mother allegedly assaulted a case worker.
The altercation happened at about 9:50 a.m. Tuesday at a women's shelter on Fifth Avenue.
According to police, the case worker tried to get custody of 5-month-old Ariah Waller from her mother, 24-year-old Ashley Waller, but she resisted.
Waller then left the facility with her baby.
Police believe Waller might be in the Wilkinsburg area or the city of Pittsburgh with her baby.
